5. RIGHT OF ACCESS
Our privacy policy is not a contract, nor does it form part of any contract. You have certain non-contractual rights in accordance with legislation. Should you contact us regarding these rights, we are entitled to request proof of your identity before we act, and may refuse to act if you do not provide this.

We must provide the data request for free unless the request is manifestly unfounded, excessive or repetitive. Where requests are complex or numerous, we will extend the deadline for providing the information to 3 months. 7. EXTENT OF DATA BEING PROCESSED
We process the following types of personal data:
- Personal Data – concerning you as an individual which includes your name, age, photograph, gender, address, telephone, mobile, fax, e-mail, social networking contact details, proofs of identity and address, copies of passports, driving licences, and utility bills, card and other payment details, and financial information, health information relevant to your planned stay or services required, and travel insurances held, results of searches carried out against you if required (such as to verify you identity, address, and credit status), your preferences, and any other information provided to us by or in relation to you which concern you as an individual.
- Business related data – if you are an individual associated with a business or other organisation that is our customer, then your personal data may include the following information that we link to you: business or organisation details (such as name, address, telephone numbers, payment arrangements, financial information, etc.), your relationship with that business or organisation (such as owner, partner, director, shareholder, employee, or agent), and your contact details within that business (such as work address, work telephone and mobile numbers, work fax number, and work e-mail address).
- Enquiry and Booking information – information concerning enquiries and bookings made with or through us for your stay or services, including where you are making the enquiry or booking or are the recipient of the travel services to which the enquiry or booking relates. 10. USE OF SERVICES BY MINORS

Our website and all the services provided are not intended for individuals under the age of eighteen (18) and we request that they not do not use our website and do not provide personal information through our website. Our Privacy Statement prohibits us from accepting users who are under the age of 18 and all persons under the age of 18 are directed not to use, post information to or submit queries on this website. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation -- All regular bookings must be cancelled by 3pm on the day prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charge of first night stay.

Cancellations can only be implemented by phoning or emailing The Wyatt Hotel directly at +3539825027. Once a cancellation has been processed you will be provided with a cancellation confirmation number which you should save for your records.

We enjoyed our stay at the Wyatt Hotel, Westport, Co. Mayo immensely. The accommodation was very comfortable, the public areas had a wonderful ambiance and members of staff who we came into contact with were only too pleased to be of assistance. The situation of the hotel is so handy, being right at the town centre, all you need is so near to hand. It is also well situated for touring the coastal area of Co. Mayo. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer, but we will be back.

Dear Sir or Madam My husband and I spent 2 nights in your hotel, 22nd & 23rd of October. Whilst there we celebrated our 31st wedding anniversary, We couldn´t have chosen better spot. Our original plan was to spend one night in the Wyatt and then spend a night in Clifton. We were greeted on arrival by very friendly receptionist who assigned us our room. We were unhappy with the location, and were immediately given a different room. Perfect....... This room suited our every need. Just like being at home. We booked dinner for 18.00 but felt like a few cocktails at the bar.The waiter told us to take our time, he is ready when we are ready.....We had enjoyed our meal and indeed the friendliness of the entire staff. Breakfast just what we both had in mind. Super alternative breakfast, for those of us who are not into the full Irish. We enjoyed fresh kippers, haven´t eaten them in years. The combination of friendly, kind staff, clean & comfortable room good food and great service was enough to convince us to spend a second night. Lunch must be the best deal not alone in Westport but in the wast of Ireland. Great grub, great price...just a super deal. The comment "Rip off Republic" does not apply to the Wyatt Hotel in Westport. We are well travelled people and can only recommend your hotel. Westport is a great town, a family town and I will be back. Live music in the pubs and that on a Mon/ Tues night. Thanks a million for everything. Outstanding . Ann & Conor Spelman
